Kelinci88 General Terms

Kelinci88 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and other online gaming services to eligible members in Malaysia. The platform operates under applicable licences and regulations, and all operations are conducted transparently in compliance with international industry standards.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Kelinci88 and every user who registers, logs in or uses the platform in any capacity. These Terms are to be read together with Kelinci88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which collectively form the entire agreement between Kelinci88 and its members.

Kelinci88 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these Terms at any time by providing reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Member Eligibility

To register and use the Kelinci88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Kelinci88 does not permit underage individuals to use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be an individual legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are not prohibited by any law or regulation from participating in online betting or gambling activities.
• You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with any gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at Kelinci88. Registering multiple accounts or opening duplicate accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name, identification card number, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. Kelinci88 reserves the right to require document verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing your first withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary by our security team.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must notify Kelinci88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Kelinci88 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled through your account settings.

Kelinci88 reserves the right to decline a registration request or close an existing account without stating a reason, subject to a fair process and the return of any valid remaining balance to the member.

Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on Kelinci88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, available exclusively for Malaysian users:

Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Kelinci88 account within seconds. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to one (1) hour for FPX bank transfers, subject to successful verification.

Kelinci88 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party financial service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond Kelinci88's control.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method or under the same name as the account used for the deposit, in compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Kelinci88 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Betting & Gaming

All bets placed at Kelinci88 are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except in specific circumstances such as match cancellations or an obvious technical error.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, Kelinci88 will void the relevant bets in accordance with the standard industry rules of BWF, FIFA, and the applicable sporting body. All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited to ensure complete fairness.

Bonus & Promotions

Kelinci88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including a new member welcome bonus, daily betting rebates, exclusive tournament promotions, and a VIP programme. Each bonus and promotion is subject to rollover requirements and specific conditions as stated in the respective promotion terms.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus is permitted per individual, per household, or per IP address.
• Kelinci88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there are signs of misuse or fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified time frame; once the period expires, any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Kelinci88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to members. No compensation will be provided for any changes or cancellations to promotions.

Prohibited Conduct

Kelinci88 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other members:

• Registering or operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any match, game or platform system.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate the promotions system or odds (including intentional bonus hunting or arbitrage).
• Accessing the platform from a country or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local laws.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Harassing, threatening, or being abusive towards Kelinci88 customer support staff.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kelinci88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member has violated any of the conditions set out in these Terms.
• A voluntary request by a member to close their account or activate self-exclusion.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• An internal decision based on security or integrity risk assessment.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Kelinci88 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance in the account as compensation, subject to the outcome of an internal review. If the closure is made without a violation (for example, a voluntary request), any valid balance will be returned to the member within 5 business days.

Kelinci88 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kelinci88 is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, server failures, internet connectivity issues or third-party interference that are beyond Kelinci88's control.
• Betting outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by third-party sources.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your password confidential.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Kelinci88's maximum liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM 500, whichever is lower.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Kelinci88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Such changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Kelinci88 website.

Notices of significant changes will be communicated to members via account messages or their registered email. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

Your continued use of the Kelinci88 platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
